Transportation Workplan

2008/2009

The Southeast Business Partnership aspires to be South Metro Denver’s driving force in bringing together elected officials, transportation planners and the business community to lead the coordination of efforts in transportation planning and funding.  SEBP will continue to develop strong working relationships with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), the Regional Transportation District (RTD), and the elected officials of our member jurisdictions, Arapahoe and Douglas Counties.  SEBP will also support and promote the key infrastructure in the SEBP footprint including TREX and light rail, Centennial Airport and the E-470 Public Highway Authority.  Along with our partners at the Southeast Public Improvement Metropolitan District (SPIMD) and the South I-25 Urban Corridor Transportation Management Association (TMA), we will proactively pursue the goals set forward in the DRCOG  VISION 2020 mission statement to foster increased growth of the employment and tax bases within corridor, including the development of multi-use Transit-Oriented Developments (TOD’s).
