About SEBP
OUR MISSION
The Southeast Business Partnership is an organization of government and business leaders committed to the economic vitality and sustainability of the South Metro Denver region. We achieve this goal through a comprehensive strategy focused on business retention, expansion and attraction; active advocacy of transportation, and water infrastructure improvement; direct, proactive support for education and workforce development; and encouragement of business-friendly public policy.

OUR COMMUNITIES
SEBP takes great pride in the strong and productive relationships we have forged with our partners at Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Highlands Ranch, Parker, Castle Rock and Centennial. These beautiful, only-in-Colorado style towns, cities, and neighborhoods form the foundation of the SEBP catchment area and we are committed to working with these great friends to make South Denver’s business environment the best in the nation. Let SEBP be your guide through this incredibly diverse and rapidly expanding community, and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions. SEBP represents businesses in Douglas County, Arapahoe County and south Denver County. Our concentration area reaches south past Castle Rock, north to Evans Avenue, west to the Santa Fe corridor, and east to the area generally bounded by E-470 and Parker Road.
South Metro Denver is the area’s corporate capital with over 39 million square feet of office space, employing over 300,000 people in more than 20,000 businesses, and responsible for over 25% of the state’s economic output.
