WEBSITE DETAILS

SEBP has chosen Brian Rants of Eye9 Design to create our new website. This website will focus on South Metro Denver and highlight transportation, real estate, and demographics to assist current Colorado companies and companies looking to relocate to our state. A few highlights:

  • Interactive Flash Maps: that can display updateable demographic data, industry clusters, ED data, etc.  We can choose what we want to display to highlight the Southeast Metro area.
  • Flash Designed Intro:  Scrolling Flash introduction  
  • Members Only Area:  Dynamic Investor Directory that can be updated regularly by us and/or each of our investors.  Each investor will receive a specific password.  Searchable content only available to our members.
  • Searchable Content:  General site information can be searched by any visitor (Excludes PW protected material such as directory/contact information)
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and Link Building Techniques to make our site one of the top searched sites when site selectors/real estate agents/brokers/general public look for ED related information and metro or south metro Denver (Can be used to compare/rank our site in relation to other comparable ED sites)
  • Event Registration:  SEBP Events can be registered and paid for online without paperwork
  • Google Analytics:  Ranking the different areas of the site based on how well they are performing/usability/number of hits/most popular areas, etc. to determine functionality of the various areas and what is working and what isn’t (ongoing process)
  • Content Management System that is easily updateable to display the most relevant and current data or highlight investor news and newest investors to join SEBP
  • To Come:  GIS Mapping System

 

INVESTOR RELATIONS

  • Continue to maintain and expand investors at the Founders, BOG and BOT levels
  • Work closely with community partners and associates to enhance visibility of SEBP
  • Offer sponsorship opportunities for investors to increase their company’s presence in South Metro Denver
  • Provide investors the opportunity to participate in ongoing monthly councils
  • Ongoing networking receptions and events


COUNCILS   

Our informative council meetingsrepresent one of the best benefits for our investors.  These provide a way to become directly involved and participate in the ongoing experiences of South Metro Denver.  Our Councils discuss and work toward solutions on behalf of all investors for the benefit of Southeast Denver.
