Economic Development Introduction

Welcome to the Southeast Business Partnership’s Economic Development page.  The Southeast Business Partnership (SEBP) serves as a single point of contact for companies, site selection consultants and corporate real estate executives examining the region.  SEBP works closely with our cities, counties, other economic development organizations, and the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) to facilitate business location and expansion in the region.  SEBP is a customer-focused, results driven organization.  We are committed to providing quality customer service to our residents, businesses and visitors.

South Metro Denver has what businesses are looking for: premier office parks, LEED certified buildings, and an expanded highway and light-rail system. Corporate travelers can find no more opportune place to conduct business than Centennial Airport. Transit oriented developments offer premier housing and cultural facilities in conjunction with office space just steps from the light rail.

Over 310,000 jobs result from day-time employment in South Metro Denver and the SEBP region includes over 43 million square feet of office space. Companies are attracted to the business climate in the SEBP area because of the well educated workforce, supportive governments and pro-business tax and public policy.  The area is home to Colorado’s finest retail shopping resort, highly rated private and public school systems, and a wide selection of quality residential neighborhoods and housing stock.
